Busy but Fun…

I seem to have less time than ever to do things. Either that or I am discovering heaps of new things and trying to dip my toes in all of them. This Saturday just passed we managed to have quite a large game of L5R War of Honor. Why it may not seem too big on a grand scheme of things; we managed to get 5 of us together in the same place at the same time (although I was still told I came late). That, in itself, is a pretty impressive feat. After getting about half way through the game, however, we had to fold our hands, pack up our decks and head out. Chris from BFB was putting on a BBQ slash drink back at his place and we needed to do a snack run etc before hand. We ended up having a great night and I got to make a few new gaming mates. Something I hope we get to do a little more often.

Besides playing cards I’m also spending any spare time with my nose stuck in either of the Pathfinder, Dark Heresy or Rogue Trader rule books. I better make sure I get to make a large dent in at least one of them as pretty soon the new Black Crusade rule book will be here too. Something else I wanna read up. I’m not even going to mention the Inner-Sea campaign guide, the DragonLance 3.5 Campaign Guide or the new Pathfinder Adventure path, The Jade Regent. Haha, all fun and games.

There has been a couple of us sending emails back and forth about a possible Pathfinder scenario to be held at BFB. The idea will be for a bi-weekly Saturday afternoon. If I time it correctly then I’ll be able to get in a game of L5R and then a couple hours of Pathfinder. It should be very cool. We are just now trying to make sure we get enough interested guys to make it worth it for everyone. The next difficult thing will be to work out who is going to GM it all. 🙂

That’s it from me at the moment. I hope to have some more up as time permits.

Golf Shoot – Burapha 26.01.2020

I get to do a lot of Golf photography. One of my clients runs professional golf tournaments for international schools and I get called along to shoot regularly. Going to a new course, for me, is a great opportunity. It’s always refreshing to play with a new back drop. And what a great change of location it was too.

A Day in Nagoya, Japan

When your wife asks if you’d like to join her on a work flight to Nagoya, even if only for 24 hours, you go. Anyone who even pretends to know anything about me knows that I absolutely adore spending time in Japan. It’s just such a nice place that is so different to the hustle & bustle that is life in Bangkok.

Stylized Photo Editing – Do you have a look?

Many people often comment that the hardest thing they strive to do as a photographer is to create a feel; a signature look for their shots. I also wish I knew what mine was but I’m not so sure that’s a thing.
